Care
Silver is a living metal, sensitive to time, touch, and environment. To preserve its beauty, we recommend gently polishing your piece from time to time with a soft cotton cloth. This helps remove traces of skin, perfume, and everyday wear, while restoring its natural radiance.
It’s recommended to remove your jewellery before washing your hands, applying lotion, or coming into contact with water. We also advise against wearing it during cleaning, exercise, sports, or other manual activities, as repeated exposure and friction may alter the surface over time.
When not being worn, each piece should be stored separately in its pouch to protect it from scratches and tangling. Ideally, keep it in a cool, dry, and shaded place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide.
Switzerland: 2–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
Rest of world: 5–10 business days
All shipments are sent from Switzerland and include tracking. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import taxes may apply upon arrival. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping.
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at melancora.jewellery@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Size exchanges may be considered for eligible pieces if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Pieces showing signs of wear, scratching, bending, or damage cannot be accepted for exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Open rings are slightly adjustable and should be handled with care. Repeated or excessive bending may affect the shape of the piece and may make it ineligible for exchange.
Packaging
Each piece comes in an individual jewellery box and is accompanied by a self-made pouch, created with attention to material, softness, and the quiet ritual of keeping.
